CribDuel is classic cribbage, 1v1, played to 121 points. You each get six cards and throw two into the dealer's crib, then a starter card is cut from the deck.

In the pegging phase you take turns laying cards and adding to a running total, scoring fifteens, pairs and runs, without going over 31. Then each hand is counted against the starter and the dealer counts the crib as well. The deal alternates every hand, so the crib advantage changes sides. First player to 121 wins.

If cribbage is new to you, tap TUTORIAL on the home screen. The score breakdown after every hand shows exactly what counted and why.

You can play VS BOT without any account: just tap it and go. To play online, access the ELO leaderboard, or save your stats across devices, tap Find Match and sign in with Google, Apple, Email, or continue as a guest.

Guest accounts can play online but do not appear on the leaderboard. After a few guest games you will be offered the option to claim a permanent account and carry your stats forward.

Tap FIND A MATCH on the home screen. You enter the matchmaking queue, and the screen shows how long you have been waiting and how many players are online. As soon as another player is in the queue you are paired and the match starts.

You can leave the queue at any time and play the bot instead, or use the invite link on that screen to bring in a friend.

Match state lives on our servers, not only in the app, so a short drop is not the end of the game: the app tries to reconnect and continue the same match.

If a player stops responding, the other one gets a CLAIM VICTORY button and can close the match out. That works both ways, so leaving a match you are losing does not save the result. Once a match is closed it cannot be resumed: start a new one from the home screen.

The leaderboard uses ELO ratings (K=24, starting rating 1200) updated after every online match. Both a monthly leaderboard and an all-time leaderboard are available. Switch between them with the tab at the top of the Leaderboard screen.

Guest accounts are excluded from the leaderboard. Bot games do not affect your rating.

From the app: tap the settings gear, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. This immediately removes your profile, statistics, and match history from our servers. The action is permanent and cannot be undone.

CribDuel uses Firebase Crashlytics, so crashes are usually auto-reported, but a description from you helps a lot.

CribDuel is a free download. If a future version introduces paid features, refunds are handled by the store you purchased through:
