Delete your KaBlok data

App: KaBlok (com.iocodo.kablok) · Publisher: IOCODO LLC · Last updated: 5 August 2026

KaBlok has no account and no login, so there is no account to close. What exists is the anonymous usage and crash data described in the privacy policy, your progress stored on the device, and any scores you submitted to the platform leaderboards. Each one is deleted a different way, described below.

How to request deletion

1

Email us

Send a message to support@iocodo.com with the subject "Delete my KaBlok data". There is no account name to give and no proof of purchase to attach.

The easiest route is the Support tile in the app's Settings screen: it opens a message to the same address with your app version, platform and OS version already filled in, which is what we match the records against. If you write from your mail app instead, or you have already uninstalled KaBlok, include whatever you remember: device model, operating system version, country, and the approximate dates you played.

We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days of the request.

2

Uninstall the app

Deleting KaBlok from your device removes all local data (progress, scores, coins, unlocked Jolly cards, settings) and stops any further collection of usage and crash data. This step is immediate and does not need us.

3

Remove your leaderboard scores

Leaderboard scores are held by the platform, not by us:

  • iOS (Apple Game Center): Apple holds this data, not us. Turning Game Center off for KaBlok in Settings › Game Center stops further score submission, and you can request deletion of your Game Center data from Apple at privacy.apple.com.
  • Android (Google Play Games): open the Play Games app › profile picture › Settings › Delete Play Games account & data › select KaBlok › confirm. This deletes only KaBlok data, not your Google account.

What is deleted, what is kept

DataOn requestRetention if you do nothing
Firebase Analytics events (screens opened, games played, settings changed), tied to a random app-instance identifier Deleted Automatically deleted 14 months after the last activity
Firebase Crashlytics reports (device model, OS version, crash trace) Deleted Automatically deleted after 90 days
Notification topic subscription (no device token or identifier is stored on our side) Ends when you uninstall or turn notifications off Ends when you uninstall
Local progress, scores, coins, settings Removed by uninstalling, or by Settings › Reset progress in the app Stays on your device until you remove it
Leaderboard scores and achievements Removed through Game Center or Play Games (step 3) Held by Apple or Google under their own policies

Aggregated statistics that contain no identifier of any kind, such as the total number of games played across all players, are kept. They cannot be traced back to you or to any single device.

Partial deletion

You can ask for part of your data instead of all of it, for example the crash reports only. Write what you want removed in the same email and we action that scope.
