By downloading or using KaBlok ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
IOCODO LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use KaBlok for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, in accordance with the rules of the app store you obtained it from (Apple App Store or Google Play).
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app except where permitted by law; cheat, tamper with, or falsify leaderboard scores; or use the app in any unlawful way.
Leaderboards and cloud save are provided through Apple Game Center and Google Play Games Services and are subject to those platforms' terms. We may remove scores that appear to be the result of tampering or exploitation.
KaBlok contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertising. The app is provided free of charge.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IOCODO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to IOCODO LLC's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
