Delete your Torqen account and data

Torqen ("the App") signs you in with your existing Google Play Games account. Torqen does not create or store accounts on its own servers. Your account is managed by Google.

You can delete your Torqen data without deleting your Google account. Choose one of the methods below.

Steps to delete your data

1. Local game data (on your device)

Uninstall Torqen from your device. This permanently removes:

Wallet coins
Garage upgrades and unlocked vehicles
Local leaderboard and run history
Daily streak progress
Audio and vehicle preferences

2. Online game data (Play Games leaderboards & achievements)

Open the Google Play Games app on your Android device
Tap your profile picture → Settings
Tap Delete Play Games account & data
Select Torqen from the list and confirm

This removes your scores from all Torqen leaderboards (daily challenge, overall score, longest run) and resets all achievement progress without affecting your Google account.

3. Email request (alternative)

If you prefer, email support@iocodo.com with the subject "Delete my Torqen data" and your Play Games player display name. We will action the request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

All scores submitted to Torqen leaderboards
Achievement unlock state for Torqen
Local progress (wallet, garage, history): when the app is uninstalled

What data is kept

Aggregated, anonymized statistics with no personal identifiers
Crash logs (retained 90 days for stability monitoring, then deleted)

Partial deletion

You can request deletion of specific data (for example, just your daily challenge scores) without deleting your full account by emailing support@iocodo.com.
