Data used to improve the app
Twistio uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes in the iOS and Android apps. These services process device and app-instance identifiers, usage events and crash data, including device model, operating system version and technical error reports. This information is not linked to your identity.
Google processes this information to provide these services. Read Firebase's privacy information for details about its processing and retention practices.
Notifications
A notification token is collected only after you allow notifications. It is used to deliver notifications to your device. You can withdraw permission in your device's notification settings.
On your device
Your settings are stored on your device. Twistio has no account system, so there is no account to delete.
When you contact us
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond to your request. Please avoid including personal or sensitive information in screenshots or crash descriptions.
Your choices
You can manage notifications through your device settings and remove locally stored settings by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. For questions about information already processed by our service providers, contact us at support@iocodo.com.
