Using Twistio
By using Twistio, you agree to these terms. IOCODO LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to play the game for your own entertainment on devices you own or control. When you obtain the app through a store, that store's applicable terms also apply.
Fair use
Do not use Twistio unlawfully, interfere with its operation or distribute unauthorised copies. You may not modify or reverse-engineer the app except where applicable law permits it.
Price and accounts
Twistio is free. The current version has no purchases or subscriptions, and you do not need an account to play.
Settings and services
Settings are stored on your device. The game can be played offline. Analytics, crash reporting and optional notifications use the services described in our privacy policy.
Availability and responsibility
Twistio is provided as available. We cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IOCODO LLC is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Changes to these terms will be published here with an updated effective date.
