You think a question is wrong

Tell us. This is the single most useful thing you can send us.

Every question in Dronelix shows the rule it came from, so if our answer and the regulation disagree, the regulation wins and we are the ones with the bug. Tap Report on the question itself, pick the reason, and we check it against the source. Confirmed corrections are pushed to your device without waiting for an app update, usually within a day.

You bought the mock exams before they were free

Since version 1.0.6 everything in Dronelix is free, mock exams included, so there is nothing to restore: update the app and every track is open.

If it still does not appear, check that you are signed in to the same store account you bought it with. Purchases follow the store account, not the device. If it is still missing, write to us with the date of purchase.

You want a refund

We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds ourselves. Refunds go through the store you bought from:

Moving to a new phone

Your purchase follows your store account, so restoring it on the new device is enough. Study progress is stored on the device and does not transfer, because the app has no account to sync it with.

The app says you must update

That appears when a build has a problem serious enough that it should not stay in use, usually a content error. The update screen has a support button, so if you cannot update for any reason, use it and tell us what is stopping you.

The flight leaderboard

The leaderboard is optional. Nothing about you reaches it until you tap Show me, and then it shows only a callsign the app makes up for you, never your name, with your best score for each exercise. Tap Hide me to remove your entries. If you no longer have the app, write to us with your callsign and we delete them.

Is Dronelix official?

No. Dronelix is an independent study app from IOCODO LLC. It is not affiliated with the FAA, EASA, the UK Civil Aviation Authority, Transport Canada or CASA. Our questions are written against the published syllabus and the official study guides. No study product has the live exam questions, ours included.

To report anything in Dronelix that you think is criminal or otherwise illegal, use our report form (formulário de denúncia em português). It asks for what we need to act and gives you a receipt.

Writing from inside the app adds your version and device automatically, which usually saves a round trip.
