Closing your MenuWiki account
MenuWiki Business signs in with the same account as the web owner portal, so deleting it closes both. The full instructions, including what is removed and what is kept for legal reasons, live on the MenuWiki site.
From the app
Open Settings, scroll to the Account section at the bottom, and tap Delete account. You are asked to confirm before anything is removed.
What is deleted
- Your access to MenuWiki and the linked Google or Apple credentials.
- Your profile: name, email, picture, preferred language.
- The link between you and the restaurants you managed.
- The notification tokens registered by your devices.
What stays, and why
A published menu stays online. It is the page guests reach through the QR code on the table, and pulling it down because an owner account was closed would leave a restaurant with an unreadable menu it knows nothing about. The restaurant record stays too, with no assigned manager, so whoever owns it can claim it again.
To have the restaurant, the menu and the images removed as well, write to dev@iocodo.com from the account address and we delete them within 30 days.
If you cannot sign in, write to dev@iocodo.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address on the account.
