Frequently asked questions
My car, coins and records are gone after reinstalling. Can they come back?
Torqen keeps your garage, wallet, upgrades, records and daily streak on the device only. There is no cloud save and no account, so uninstalling the game removes that data.
Some platforms include local app data in device backups (iCloud Backup on iOS, Google Drive backup on Android). If a backup was taken before the uninstall, restoring from it can bring progress back. Otherwise it cannot be recovered.
Leaderboard scores are the exception. Those live with Game Center or Google Play Games and follow your platform account, not the install.
Does Torqen work offline?
Yes. Every run is simulated on your device and the game never needs a connection to be playable, including the daily challenge, which is generated from the date rather than downloaded.
When you are online the game reads its own settings from a configuration service, reports anonymous usage and crash data, and submits scores if you have signed in to Game Center or Google Play Games. Scores earned offline are queued and sent the next time you connect. The privacy policy lists exactly what is sent.
Why does the game only play sideways?
Torqen is landscape only, by design. The camera has to show enough of the hill ahead for you to read a jump before you commit to it, and at phone width a portrait view cannot show both a readable car and a useful amount of track. Rotate the device and the game fills the screen.
How do I unlock the other worlds and race lengths?
Everything is bought with coins you earn by driving. Grassland, Sprint and Standard are open from the start. Desert, Snow, Volcano, Night and Moon each cost more than the last, as do the Marathon and Endless lengths. There is no way to buy coins with money.
My car keeps landing on its roof. What am I doing wrong?
Air control is a real mechanic rather than an upgrade perk. While you are airborne, the gas and brake inputs rotate the car instead of driving it, so you can level out before you touch down. NOS also works in the air and is often the fastest way to correct a bad rotation.
If landings still end runs, put a level or two into Suspension and Rollcage in the garage. Suspension absorbs the impact and Rollcage widens the margin before the driver hits the ground.
How do I report a bug or crash?
Email support@iocodo.com with:
- Device model and OS version
- Game version, shown in Settings
- What you were doing when it happened
- Whether it happens every time
The game does send crash reports automatically, but they contain no description of what you were trying to do, so your account of it is the part we cannot get any other way.

How do I delete my data?
