Delete your account

Works for every account, anonymous or with an email attached.

Deletion is permanent. Your designs, their artwork, saved quotes, and the account itself are removed and cannot be recovered.

In the app

Open Sartia and go to Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. The App deletes your data and signs you out.

By email

If you no longer have the App installed, write to support@iocodo.com with the subject "Sartia Account Deletion", from the email address linked to the account if it has one. We complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted: your designs and their stored artwork, saved quotes, your profile, and the authentication account (anonymous or email).
Kept, anonymized: records of completed orders, as accounting and tax law requires. Deletion detaches your identity from them and clears the shipping address, so the surviving record no longer points to you.
Payment records live with Stripe under its own retention rules; we never store your card details in the first place.
