What can Sartia make?
Hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, tees and long-sleeve tees, printed on the front. The range is short on purpose: these are the garments our print partner prints well.
How close is the preview to the finished garment?
It is a virtual preview, a close likeness rather than a photograph. Print placement and fabric tone can vary a little between the screen and the parcel. If a piece arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, tell us in the app within 14 days of delivery and we replace it or refund you. The limited warranty in our terms has the details.
How long does it take to arrive?
For now, Sartia ships to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. Nothing is printed until you order, and each order waits one hour before printing, so you can still change the address or cancel. The checkout shows the estimated delivery dates for your country and delivery method before you pay, and the parcel ships with tracking.
What does a garment cost?
Pieces start at $35 for a tee, plus shipping. Before you pay, the app shows the price of each piece, the shipping for your country and the total, and pieces ordered together share the shipping. If your country charges customs duties or import taxes, the person receiving the parcel pays them on delivery. Sketching concepts costs nothing.
Can I order the same design again?
Yes. Your pieces stay in the app, so you can order one again, in another size too, without describing it a second time.
Can I send a garment back?
Each piece is made for you after you order it, so it can't go back if you change your mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or not the piece you ordered, tell us from the order page in the app within 14 days of delivery, with a photo, and we replace it or refund you, as the limited warranty in our terms describes.
