Frequently asked questions

My progress is gone after reinstalling. Can it be recovered?

Starglax stores all progress (high score, medals, skill tree, pilot, settings) locally on your device. There is no cloud save. Uninstalling the game removes that data.

Some platforms include local app data in device backups (iCloud Backup on iOS, Google Drive backup on Android). If a backup existed before uninstall, restoring from it can bring progress back. Otherwise progress cannot be recovered.

Does Starglax work offline?

Yes. Starglax is fully offline. There is no online play, no leaderboard server, and no telemetry. Once installed, the game does not need an internet connection.

Are there in-app purchases or ads?

No. The current version of Starglax has no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertising.

What devices are supported?

Starglax targets modern Android phones and tablets, and (when approved) modern iPhones and iPads. The game is designed for portrait orientation and uses multi-touch controls.

How do I report a bug or crash?

Email support@iocodo.com with:

  • Device model and OS version
  • Game version (visible in Settings)
  • What you were doing when it happened
  • Whether it is reproducible

The game does not auto-report crashes, so your description is the only signal we get.
