Delete your data

1. From the app, which is the fastest way

1. Open Loquio.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete all my data.
4. Confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

2. What gets deleted

• Your anonymous installation identifier.
• Your learning progress and review schedule, on your device and in any backup tied to that identifier.
• Any sign reports you sent, together with the notes you wrote.
• Analytics and crash records tied to your identifier, where our tools allow us to act on the request.

Any remaining copy in our backend systems is removed within 30 days. Afterwards Loquio keeps working normally, from zero, as a fresh install.

3. What does not get deleted

• Aggregated usage statistics, which do not identify you and cannot be traced back to a person.
• Device backups made by Apple or Google, which you control in your own system settings.

4. If you no longer have the app installed

Write to support@iocodo.com with the subject "Loquio Data Deletion". Because Loquio uses no account, no name and no email address, we cannot look your installation up by identity: the fastest and most complete deletion is always the in-app one, from any device where the app is still installed. If it genuinely is not, tell us what you remember (roughly when you installed it, and your device type), and we will help as far as the anonymous data allows.
