Questions people ask
Which exam do I need for citizenship?
Level B1 of Italian, certified by one of the four recognised bodies (CILS, CELI, CERT.IT, PLIDA), unless you hold an Italian school diploma or are exempt. The guide inside the app explains each case with its source.
Is the A2 test for the residence permit included?
Yes. The A2 level and the shape of the free Prefettura test are part of the path. The A2 pack is included in the single purchase.
Is Italio affiliated with CILS, CELI or the Ministry?
No. Italio is an independent app by IOCODO LLC. All exercises are original material written on the public B1 syllabus. The names CILS, CELI, CERT.IT and PLIDA belong to their owners.
Where do my voice recordings go?
Nowhere. They are saved on your phone for you to listen back and compare. They are never uploaded.
